Time & Bill Terms of Service
Effective date: 3 November 2026 · Version: 2026-11-03.
This is a translation of the German terms.
1. Provider and scope
Grobmeier Solutions GmbH provides Time & Bill. Its address is Viktor-von-Scheffel-Str. 7, 86853 Langerringen, Germany. Its managing director is Christian Grobmeier. The company is registered at the Local Court of Augsburg under HRB 31765. Contact: support@timeandbill.de.
The hosted service is available only to business customers within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code. You use Time & Bill for your commercial or independent professional activity. If you register for a business, you must have authority to represent it. The service is not offered to consumers.
These terms cover the hosted application and its connected mobile use. They do not govern a self-operated installation. Individually agreed terms take precedence.
2. Service and account
Time & Bill supports time tracking and reports for projects and tasks. The selected plan determines other features and the permitted number of people. The service description and offer shown when you order define the purchased scope.
Time & Bill provides reports and exports. It does not perform your legal, tax or accounting review. You check your entries and reports before you use them elsewhere.
Provide accurate registration information. Protect your credentials. Do not share personal logins with other people. Invited team members use their own accounts. Tell support if you suspect account misuse.
3. Registration and free trial
You request an account and accept the linked version of these terms when you register. Email confirmation activates the account.
The free trial starts at registration and lasts 30 days. It includes Startup features for up to five people, including the account owner. It does not require a card.
The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must select and order a paid plan yourself. Paid features require a subscription after the trial ends. Trial expiry does not automatically delete the account.
4. Orders, prices and payment
You order a paid subscription separately through Checkout. Before the binding order, Checkout shows the plan, included features, price, VAT and billing period. These details form part of your order.
Net prices exclude applicable VAT. The total shown before you order applies. The payment methods shown at Checkout are available for that order.
We use Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices and the customer portal. You enter payment details on Stripe’s payment page. Our privacy policy explains this processing.
The paid subscription starts at the time shown in your order. This also applies if you order during the free trial. Ordering during the trial does not automatically defer payment until the trial ends.
Payment is due at the start of each monthly billing period. We notify you if payment remains outstanding. We may restrict paid features after an unsuccessful reminder and a reasonable payment deadline. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Term and cancellation
Each subscription period lasts one month. The subscription renews for another month unless you cancel before the current billing period ends. No additional notice period applies.
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal in your account settings. Alternatively, send your cancellation from your account email to support@timeandbill.de. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can use the paid plan until then.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Cancel your subscription before you request account deletion. Support can help if needed. Ending your use early does not by itself entitle you to a partial refund. Statutory refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
6. Team use and permitted content
You manage your team’s invitations, roles and access rights. Invite only people who should participate in the relevant projects. You are responsible for the lawful use of data entered by you and your team.
Do not submit unlawful content, use another person’s credentials or bypass security controls. Do not disrupt the service through abusive or harmful requests. Security testing permitted by law remains unaffected.
We may temporarily restrict affected accounts where a specific security risk or serious contractual breach exists. Restrictions must remain proportionate to that risk. We explain the reason unless legal or security grounds prevent disclosure.
7. Data, export and external connections
You retain your rights to the content you enter. We receive only the rights needed to provide the agreed service.
You can use the available export functions. Save the data you need before account deletion or the end of your access. Our privacy policy explains personal data processing and deletion.
Where your business processes personal data in projects, any required data processing agreement must be agreed separately. These terms do not replace that agreement.
Connections to external tools are optional. You create an app token with the required permissions for an MCP connection that you choose to enable. You can revoke that token. Check the data received by the external tool and its terms before connecting it. Normal browser and mobile use does not require an AI-tool connection.
8. Operation, changes and support
We operate the hosted application and address reported technical faults. Maintenance and faults can cause temporary interruptions. Where possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.
We may improve the application and correct faults. A website change alone does not reduce the agreed service or change the price of your existing contract. Such changes need an applicable contractual basis or agreement.
Send support requests to support@timeandbill.de. These terms do not promise a specific availability percentage, response time or individual training. Statutory performance and defect rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability and statutory rights
Statutory rules govern liability and service failures. These terms add no liability cap and exclude no statutory claims.
10. Contract version and final provisions
New contracts use the version of these terms provided and accepted before the contract starts. Publishing a new version does not change existing contracts retrospectively. We agree material contractual changes with you.
German law applies. Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.
If the customer is a merchant under German commercial law, a public-law legal entity or a public-law special fund, the courts in Augsburg have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with this contract. Mandatory exclusive jurisdiction remains unaffected. For other customers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
The German text is the governing contract version. This English text is a translation. If the texts conflict, the German version governs. Individual agreements and mandatory law continue to take precedence.
