A European time tracking tool should be easy to evaluate. The useful questions are concrete: where is application data hosted, who operates the system, can data be exported, can data be deleted, which providers are involved, and what tradeoffs are documented?

Time & Bill is a hosted cloud time tracking product for freelancers, small teams, agencies, and companies. Application data is hosted in Germany. The public site documents privacy, subprocessors, export, deletion, and manual support access in plain language.
What Time & Bill does not claim
Time & Bill does not present the hosted product as zero-access or end-to-end encrypted. It also does not claim certifications that are not listed publicly. The on-premise option is in development and should not be treated as generally available until the website says it is available.
