## Hosting and Privacy Model

Time & Bill is a hosted cloud application. Application data is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany.

Data export and deletion are available. Manual access to customer data is not part of the normal workflow and may happen only when needed for support or debugging. Time & Bill is not presented as a zero-access or end-to-end encrypted system.

System email delivery and the landing page use AWS. Sentry is used for technical error monitoring and is configured to use EU-based servers. CleverReach is used only for newsletter subscribers.
