Why is Time & Bill free?

An app everybody needs should not burn holes in your pockets. It should be free. Only modules, which are only necessary for a bunch of people should have a cost. And that is the way it works: Time & Bill offers additional modules which finance the development and the hosting. However, the core of Time & Bill will stay free.

Were is my data hosted?

Time & Bill runs in the cloud and is installed on virtual servers from Amazon (Ireland). And this is were your data is.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, at any time. It is straightforward to delete a project with all tasks and all tracked times. The data will disappear totally from our system and cannot be recovered at any time. Of course you are able to export your data into Excel before you delete it. We as a app provider do not have an interest to keep your data against your will.

How do you use my data?

Time & Bill does not use your data. We do not sell it or tell your customers or boss what you have tracked. Of course we do technical analysis from time to time - like, how many users have created how many projects and such. This is necessary to scale our system but should not touch your privacy.

Do you give my personal data to my Boss?

NO of course not. You can decide yourself to whom you want to give your data. But we'll not do it at any time.

I like your system but need a few tweaks!

Speak to us! We have an interest to bring Time & Bill in customized versions to your company. And of course we have an interest to bring good ideas to the cloud version aswell. Don't be shy :-)
